Apper Cloud Labs was founded in 2019 by Diwa “Wawi” del Mundo with a clear mandate: help Philippine businesses innovate without the complexity and cost barriers that large enterprises take for granted. Today we lead with AI, and Claude is our technical center of gravity.
We design, build, and operate production AI systems — custom agents, intelligent automation, document intelligence, and decision systems that handle real work every day. Infrastructure is the foundation that makes them reliable, secure, and cost-efficient.
That original mandate still holds. Enterprises like Globe Telecom and GCash get systems that meet their compliance and procurement realities; smaller teams get an entry point — a two-week Enable sprint — that would once have been out of reach. We don't believe production AI should be something only big companies can do well.
Claude Credentials
A credentialed Claude practice — not a generalist AI shop.
Claude's reasoning quality, tool use, and safety posture unlock workflows other models cannot run reliably. We have gone deep on the full platform: the Claude Agent SDK, Model Context Protocol, Claude Code, Computer Use, and prompt caching economics.

Apper Cloud Labs is among the first Philippine companies admitted to Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, and part of a select group of partners globally. Partner status gives our clients direct platform access, roadmap visibility, and an escalation path to Anthropic.
8 Claude Certified Architects
8 of our engineers hold Claude Certified Architect credentials, spanning three specializations: software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning. That mix matters — an agent that has to reason well, integrate securely, and run cost-efficiently needs all three perspectives at the design table.
Founder-led delivery
Wawi del Mundo is himself a Claude Certified Architect and holds the AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional credential. AI architecture decisions are reviewed at the principal level, not delegated.
Our Position
We are model-informed, not model-naive. Where a use case genuinely calls for a different frontier model, we say so. But when the work demands reasoning a business can stake decisions on, we build on Claude.

Wawi founded Apper Digital Inc. in 2019 with a clear mandate: help Philippine businesses innovate without the complexity and cost barriers that large enterprises take for granted. Today he leads Apper's AI practice, with Claude as its technical center of gravity.
He brings over 15 years of professional IT experience, including a tenure as Software Architect and Technical Lead at PayMaya/Voyager Innovations (now Maya Bank), where he led architecture and development for one of the Philippines' largest digital payments platforms.
He is a Claude Certified Architect and holds the AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional credential, alongside 18 technology and security certifications including the CISSP and CCSP — among the most respected credentials in enterprise information security.
Wawi is a regular speaker on AI adoption, agent architecture, and digital transformation for Philippine enterprises. He is based in Metro Manila and works directly with every client — not a sales team.
