The Story

A ten-week Enable and Architect engagement took a fourteen-engineer Engineering and Solutions team of the D.W. Morgan IT team from AI-curious to shipping agentic systems on the Claude Agent SDK: a finance research agent, a legacy backend migrator, a shipment incident investigator, and an agentic QA tester in CI. Every system carries a human approval gate, and D.W. Morgan owns every line of code. The fourteen are the initial batch of Claude Agentic AI Champions, working toward an AI Center of Excellence within the 30+ person IT organization under JC Nachor's leadership.
